Job Description:
- Plan, direct, and co-ordinate the operations of a business, division, department or operating unit.
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement.
- Negotiation of all purchases and involvement in approving group procurement.
- Prepares weekly price lists to be followed by salespeople, according to the sage (ERP System) costs and market price and approves special discounts in collaboration with Head of Finance/Commercial Approval Mandatory.
- Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by senior management
Skills
Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic nationalities
- 49 years old and below
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the related role from paints and resin manufacturing industry
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology or related scientific discipline from an accredited college or university
