Job Description
- Documents patient dental care services by charting in patient and department records.
- Handling emergency situations and informing the medical team regarding the same, while also implementing associated practices within the purview of one’s practices during training according to clinic protocols .
- Ensuring continuity between the dental and nursing teams through appropriate documentation and communication.
- Keeping all departmental and patient dental records up to date.
Skills
- Have knowledge of dental care management.
- Must possess deep knowledge of dental terminology and equipment.
- Must possess the capacity to get along with a variety of people and interact according to their needs.
- Extensive experience in disinfection and sterilization is needed.
- Able to manage daily schedule & to monitor patient’s treatment
- Provide effective chair-side assistance to dentist
- Excellent knowledge of Dok32 software for patient management
- Able to make clinical notes
- Able to issue Treatment Plan & Estimate with the help of Doctor
- Familiar with restorative & implant dentistry
- Use to maintain with dental equipments
- Organize Doctor’s treatment room & operative
- Follow infection control protocols for instrument cleaning & sterelization process
- Prepare treatment room, instruments and materials before treatment
