We are seeking a Field Representative to join our team in providing field services, support, and assistance to the beneficiaries under GlobeMed Saudi programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring events in a field location, ensuring better customer service and support for hospital admissions when seeking medical services. As a Field Representative, you will serve as a mediator between the patient and the hospital, providing beneficiaries full access to medical services as per the terms and conditions of the policy. You will also be responsible for conducting investigations into complaints from beneficiaries and ensuring daily follow-up on admitted patients.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor events in a field location, assuring better customer service and support hospital admission of patients when seeking medical services
2. Provide better customer service by serving as a mediator between the patient and the hospital
3. Provide beneficiaries full access to medical services as per the terms and conditions of the policy and coordinate with the admission department at the concerned hospital
4. Conduct daily follow-up on admitted patients
5. Conduct investigations into complaints from beneficiaries
