Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Manager to lead our data management efforts and drive data-driven decision-making processes. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the data field, with a proven track record of managing data systems, analyzing complex datasets, and providing actionable insights.

 

Key Qualifications

·      Expertise in Cloud Data Platforms: Proficiency in managing and optimizing data workflows using Databricks and BigQuery.

 

·      Business Intelligence Tools: Experience in creating dynamic dashboards and reports with PowerBI, demonstrating the ability to convert data into actionable insights.

 

·      Data Modeling: Skilled in using dbt (data build tool) for efficient in-warehouse data transformation.

 

·      Technical Proficiency: Strong foundation in SQL for advanced data querying, along with Python scripting for data analysis and automation tasks.

 

·      Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Adept at analyzing data trends to inform strategic decisions, with an emphasis on problem-solving and improving data quality and efficiency.

 

Responsibilitie

• Lead the development and implementation of data management policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and legal compliance.
• Design and manage data architecture, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling, to support organizational needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, implement data strategies, and drive the adoption of data-driven practices.
• Oversee the creation of insightful analytics and business intelligence reports using PowerBI, facilitating data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Ensure the continuous improvement of data systems and processes through the application of advanced analytics techniques, including machine learning models where applicable.
