Job Description
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, in collaboration with the Customer Service Manager
- Coordinate with colleagues and the CSM to ensure effective delivery of products, services, and information
- Accurately document incoming information and facilitate proper transfer to relevant parties
- Process customer requests, orders, and complaints
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and suppliers
- Keep thorough records of customer interactions and feedback
- Assist management with research tasks and screening phone calls
- Analyze various customer service metrics to provide insights
- Propose and implement initiatives for continual service improvement
- Support the implementation of the company’s quality management system
- Fulfill any additional tasks as assigned by the General Manager
Skills
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sciences, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years’ experience in related field. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken. French is a plus.
- Strong ability to manage telephone communications and be an active listener.
- Negotiation Skills.
- Good computer skills. (Familiarity with MS Office.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
