Job Description

  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, in collaboration with the Customer Service Manager
  • Coordinate with colleagues and the CSM to ensure effective delivery of products, services, and information
  • Accurately document incoming information and facilitate proper transfer to relevant parties
  • Process customer requests, orders, and complaints
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and suppliers
  • Keep thorough records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Assist management with research tasks and screening phone calls
  • Analyze various customer service metrics to provide insights
  • Propose and implement initiatives for continual service improvement
  • Support the implementation of the company’s quality management system
  • Fulfill any additional tasks as assigned by the General Manager
