Customer Service (French Speaker)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (French Speaker). As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our French-speaking customers in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in French and English, and have a strong ability to problem solve and multitask.


  1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
  4. Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary.
  5. Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure the best possible customer experience.
  6. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  7. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.
  8. Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  2. Prior experience in a customer service role.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  5. Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
