Job Description :
1- Create and improve the Cost Control department policies, procedures, and processes to ensure efficient functioning.2- Review new-awarded projects, identify initial cost-related risks, and areas of concern, and prepare preliminary cash flow for financial needs.3-Responsible for developing various cost estimate levels for various projects, providing cost engineering expertise, and developing cost estimation for the projects.4- Follow-up preparing the indirect cost plan and make any amendments when needed to be sent to the project manager.5- Monitor projects’ progress; compare actual executed works against planned, and issue work volume status reports on a monthly basis for project directors and Top Management.6- Update project cash flow on a quarterly basis with respect to progress updates, cost under or overrun, and approved scope changes.7- Consolidate the projects in reports in terms of cost and work volume to show the Top Management the revenue, gross profit percentage, and estimate at completion.8-Reviews and approve invoice verification for payment based on cost-loaded schedules, as required.9-Conduct Monthly Reports for Inventory ex. Job Requirements :
Proven work experience as a Costing Manager.Expert in ERP systems.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.Strong communication skillsThe ability to work under pressure and adapt to changeRelevant training and/or certifications.
