Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and issuing Contract correspondence
- Preparation, monitoring and updating of Variation schedule
- Preparation and review of Order of Costs
- Materials on Site assessments and reconciliation
- Financial Reporting
- Liaison with Consulting Engineer and Employer’s Representatives wherever required
- Review of Contractor’s Cost Proposals.
- Agreement of Re-measurement methods
- Payment Recommendation of Monthly Statements/valuations
- Preparation of all Agreed Value Valuation (AVV) documentation
Salary bracket – KD 1800 – KD 2000
Skills
- Must have minimum 15 years experience
- Excellent in contract negotiation, administration and/or management in Power/Water projects
- Bachelor’s engineering degree
- Good experience in Contract management, preferably who has experience in KSA ARAMCO projects
- Must have high skills of drafting contractual letters to clients or to sub-contractor
- Must have fair experience on dealing with legal matters
- Must have worked in GCC region and preferably in ARAMCO
