A Commercial Engineer is responsible for managing and overseeing all commercial activities within a company. They are responsible for analyzing market trends, developing pricing strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring profitability. The ideal candidate should have a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions. This role requires the candidate to have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  2. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
  3. Conduct market research to determine pricing strategies and product positioning.
  4. Negotiate contracts with suppliers, distributors, and other business partners.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop sales strategies.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and finance, to develop and implement business plans.
  7. Manage and oversee the sales team to ensure targets are met and sales objectives are achieved.
  8. Monitor and manage customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  9. Prepare and present reports to senior management regarding sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and growth.

Preferred Candidate:
