Job Description
- Providing technical plus application information to support sales force and customers.
- Coordinate activities and provide leadership to establish individual sales strategies obtaining appropriate approvals for pricing, and delivery.
- Preparing purchasing order.
- Requisition materials, supplies, equipment parts, or repair services.
- Handling and meting the agreed sales target for the financial year.
- Searching for new clients who could benefit from MHPS products in a designated region.
- Support the assigned customer in sales activities and assist the customer in identifying new opportunities.
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers for sales.
- Negotiating contract as required.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
- Offering after-sales support services.
- Analysing costs and sales.
- Preparing reports for head office.
- Meeting regular sales targets.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
- Providing training and producing support material for the sales team.
Skills
- Engineering Degree preferably in Industrial/Mechanical.
- Lean / Six Sigma certification is preferred.
- 3-5 Years of Sales Engineering Experience in Maintenance Service Industry.
- Special Skills:
- High level of negotiation skills, contracting expertise.
- Skill to Interpret Drawing & Data Sheet
- Knowledge of fabrication, castings, forgings and machined components.
- Very strong project management skills and result oriented mindset.
- Strong background in computer based office management & ERP System
