Drive the company’s financial planningProvide strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the executive management team.Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.Advising on long-term business and financial planning.Set up and oversee the company’s finance ERP system.Control and evaluate the organization’s capital structure.Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations.Supervise all finance personnel (accountant, billing.).Manage vendor relationships.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.10 – 15 Years of experience in the same filed.CMA, CIA, CPA, CFA holder is a must.Proven experience as a CFO, preferably in a similar industry.Experience in working with accounting software ERP system or Odoo System.Solid experience in coordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budget.Development and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll, and accounting for investments.In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
