Our client is looking to hire an experienced Chief Corporate Development Officer, to identify and source strategic mergers and acquisitions to help the business growth plans across their offices in the UAE, India and Singapore.
This position will require someone who has worked in a similar role ideally within a start-up and has been responsible for identifying profitable businesses with unrealised value which could be acquired to help diversify the current portfolio of businesses.
The role will accelerate un-organic growth for the parent company with a view to completing circa $75 million dollars’ worth of mergers and acquisitions during 2023.
