Job Purpose: In charge of all accounting activities, Leading the accounting team, responsible for controlling daily operations, taxation, assisting in preparing financial and performance reports, annual budgets preparation, and reviews Duties and Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the accounting teamConduct all necessary training to keep the team’s skills and knowledge up to dateEnsure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiledAdvise business owners and individuals regarding the tax codeMaintain and update vendors’ & customers’ master dataMonitor and mentor/train junior staff, clerks, and bookkeepersDetect and address potential compliance issues proactivelyMaintain compliance with all state regulations at all timesMaintain a highly organized archiving system for all accounting documentsWork collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related studyCMA is a MUST10 to 15 years of experienceExperience in F&B is a MUSTAge from 33 to 38Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Team player with strong organizational skills
