Job Description
- Managing all the accounting activities.
- Managing and supervising the accountant to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Monitoring cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Developing and implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Closing the books and coordinating with external auditors and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordination with Banks – Handling all payments and transfers.
- Coordinating with PRO – GOSI and LMRA issues.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree holder with a proven track record of academic or work experience in the Accounting field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Bahraini accounting standards and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of Bahraini Taxation VAT.
- Proficiency in accounting software / ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- English is a must.
