- Flexibility to work different shifts and during weekends.
- Sound knowledge of the established food safety practices and the strategies to ensure the regulations are maintained during food preparation.
- Experience following quality control and safety measures in food outlets, restaurants, resorts, and hotels.
- Proficient in expressing thoughts and communicating ideas to handle a variety of tasks associated with the kitchen.
