Business Development Manager – Construction

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our contracting company in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong industry relationships, and supporting the company’s expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new project opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and developers.
• Track market opportunities and tender announcements.
• Lead prequalification and registration activities.
• Coordinate with technical and commercial teams during tender stages.
• Prepare presentations, company profiles, and capability statements.

• Maintain and expand the company’s client network.
