Job Description :

Answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnelMaintaining and organizing physical and electronic files, records, and documents in accordance with regulatory guidelinesScheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management teamCoordinating and preparing for meetings and events, including arranging catering and equipmentPreparing and distributing internal and external correspondence and reports in compliance with regulatory requirementsAssisting with the preparation of presentations and reports using Microsoft Office SuiteManaging office supplies and inventory, and placing orders as neededConducting research and compiling data for various projects and initiatives in compliance with regulatory guidelinesProviding support to other departments and team members as neededAssisting with regulatory compliance tasks, such as maintaining product labeling and ingredient lists

Job Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.1-3 years of experience in a similar administrative support role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a positive and proactive attitude.
