Job Description

The Administration/Reception is responsible for the management of customer experience at the front desk. This will include check-in and check-out of guests, managing activity bookings and tuck-shop sales in addition to controlling and managing booking enquiries via third-party engines, emails and direct calls.

  • Welcoming guests, check-in, and check-out
  • End of shift closing & Night Audit Report
  • Supporting guests with their needs
  • Managing the Tuck-shop sales and stock
  • Handling cash payments and all finance-related documents during the shift
  • Replying to emails and responding to phone calls
  • Ensuring the accommodation is maintained to an outstanding standard. This responsibility includes checking the condition of the accommodation prior to and after customers’ stay, overseeing cleaning, and locking the facilities.
  • Responsive to customer feedback and complaints.
