Job Description
The Administration/Reception is responsible for the management of customer experience at the front desk. This will include check-in and check-out of guests, managing activity bookings and tuck-shop sales in addition to controlling and managing booking enquiries via third-party engines, emails and direct calls.
- Welcoming guests, check-in, and check-out
- End of shift closing & Night Audit Report
- Supporting guests with their needs
- Managing the Tuck-shop sales and stock
- Handling cash payments and all finance-related documents during the shift
- Replying to emails and responding to phone calls
- Ensuring the accommodation is maintained to an outstanding standard. This responsibility includes checking the condition of the accommodation prior to and after customers’ stay, overseeing cleaning, and locking the facilities.
- Responsive to customer feedback and complaints.
Skills
Education level required
- High school diploma or equivalent
Years of experience
- 2 years experience in reception role in a reputable hotel
Required skills
- Must have knowledge of using PMS and booking engines (OPERA)
- Ability to deal with cash
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Methodical and organized.
- Reporting skills.
- Supervising housekeeping staff
- Flexible with rotatory shifts
- Enthusiastic and outdoor environment lover
- Driving license is a bonus
