**Position: Human Resources & Administration Manager**

**Summary:**

This position is responsible for the strategic oversight and efficient management of both human resources and administrative functions within the organization. The incumbent will provide leadership in developing and implementing HR strategies, managing administrative operations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, communication proficiency, and a proactive approach to process improvement and strategic support.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

**Human Resources Management:**

* Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that align with and support the organization’s overall business objectives.
* Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns, resolving grievances, and facilitating constructive dialogue.
* Manage the full-cycle recruitment and selection process, ensuring the acquisition of qualified and talented individuals.
* Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
* Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee engagement and well-being.
* Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and provides meaningful feedback.
* Administer the organization’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
* Assess training needs, design, and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Report to management on HR metrics, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
* Ensure legal compliance in all aspects of human resources management.

**Administration Management:**

* Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of office procedures in accordance with organizational policies.
* Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships to maintain a well-equipped and functional workplace.
* Coordinate the management and maintenance of facilities, including workspace planning, security, and health and safety compliance.
* Organize and supervise facility-related projects, such as office relocations or renovations.
* Provide leadership to administrative staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
* Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
* Maintain accurate and confidential records, including legal data, compliance documents, and operational logs.
* Implement and manage document control systems to ensure easy access and proper archiving of records.
* Develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
* Assist in budget preparation and financial management related to administrative functions.
* Monitor expenses, process invoices, and support budget planning for office operations.
* Facilitate effective communication between management and staff through meetings, memos, and digital communication platforms.
* Organize events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
