**Position: Human Resources & Administration Manager**

**Overview:** The organization seeks a highly qualified and experienced Human Resources & Administration Manager to assume responsibility for the strategic oversight and operational management of both human resources and administrative functions. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational capabilities, strong leadership qualities, refined communication skills, and a proactive approach to optimizing processes and contributing to strategic initiatives. This role necessitates the ability to effectively manage daily HR responsibilities while simultaneously ensuring the efficient and effective execution of administrative operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Human Resources Management:**

* Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that are strategically aligned with overarching business objectives.
* Serve as a liaison between management and employees, effectively addressing concerns, grievances, and other related issues.
* Manage the complete recruitment and selection process, ensuring the acquisition of qualified personnel.
* Support current and future business needs through the strategic development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
* Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization, ensuring consistency and best practices.
* Cultivate a positive and productive work environment that fosters employee engagement and satisfaction.
* Oversee and manage a comprehensive performance appraisal system designed to drive high performance and continuous improvement.
* Maintain a competitive and equitable compensation and benefits program.
* Assess training needs, develop, implement, and monitor training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
* Provide management with regular reports and decision support through the analysis of key HR metrics.
* Ensure strict adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements throughout human resource management activities.

**Administration Management:**

* Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring that office procedures are effective, efficient, and aligned with organizational policies and objectives.
* Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships to maintain a well-equipped and functional workplace.
* Coordinate the management and upkeep of facilities, including workspace planning, security protocols, and health and safety compliance.
* Organize and supervise facility-related projects, such as office relocations or renovations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
* Provide leadership to administrative staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management, fostering a high-performing team.
* Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration, promoting a cohesive work environment.
* Maintain accurate and confidential records, including legal data, compliance documents, and operational logs, ensuring data integrity and security.
* Implement and manage robust document control systems to ensure easy access and proper archiving of records, adhering to retention policies.
* Develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards, and promoting operational efficiency.
* Assist in budget preparation and financial management related to administrative functions, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
* Monitor expenses, process invoices, and support budget planning for office operations, contributing to effective cost management.
* Facilitate effective communication between management and staff through various channels, including meetings, memos, and digital communication platforms, promoting transparency and information flow.
* Organize events, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to organizational standards.
