Job Description
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings.
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Making travel arrangements, such as Visa preparation, booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Greeting and assisting visitors.
- Maintaining polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail
- Responsible for company’s PO box
- Preparing exhibitions logistics and organization
- Attending exhibitions
- Ordering and stock controlling office supplies
- Organizing filing room
- Controlling and managing cellular phones and land lines
- Assisting customer service department
- Ensuring the implementation of the company’s quality management system and provide feedback and support for regular improvement.
- Any other tasks requested by the management
Skills
- Business administration or hospitality management
- Minimum 1-year Experience in similar field
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Reservation techniques
- Microsoft office experience
