Job Description

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings.
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Making travel arrangements, such as Visa preparation, booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
  • Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
  • Greeting and assisting visitors.
  • Maintaining polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail
  • Responsible for company’s PO box
  • Preparing exhibitions logistics and organization
  • Attending exhibitions
  • Ordering and stock controlling office supplies
  • Organizing filing room
  • Controlling and managing cellular phones and land lines
  • Assisting customer service department
  • Ensuring the implementation of the company’s quality management system and provide feedback and support for regular improvement.
  • Any other tasks requested by the management
