Job Requirements:

-Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field is typically preferred.
-Social Media Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) and their best practices.
-Creativity: Ability to come up with innovative and engaging social media content, campaigns, and strategies to attract and retain the target audience.
-Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with followers, respond to comments, and represent the brand’s voice.
-Analytics: Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to measure and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
-Graphic Design: Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva to create visually appealing social media posts and visuals.
-Time Management: Effective time management skills to handle multiple social media platforms and ensure timely posting and engagement.
-Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep the brand’s strategy relevant and effective.
-Customer Service: Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
-Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

-Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and prepare reports to assess the performance of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
-Trend Identification: Stay updated on industry trends and social media developments to incorporate new strategies and features into the brand’s social media efforts.
-Brand Advocacy: Work towards building a positive brand image and fostering brand advocacy through social media interactions.
-Crisis Management: Handle potential social media crises swiftly and effectively, addressing issues and mitigating negative impacts on the brand’s reputation.
-Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with influencers and manage influencer marketing campaigns to extend the brand’s reach.
-Social Listening: Monitor online conversations about the brand and industry to gain insights and identify opportunities for engagement and improvement.
