·       Directs and coordinates activities of the distribution warehouse.

·       Reviews bills of lading for incoming merchandise and customer orders in order to plan work activities.

·       Assigns workers to specific duties, such as verifying amounts of and storing incoming merchandise and assembling customer orders for delivery.

·       Establishes operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments.

·       Handling and disposition of merchandise, and keeping of warehouse inventory.

·       Coordinates activities of distribution warehouse with activities of sales, record control, and purchasing departments to insure availability of merchandise.

·       Recommends redamation of damaged merchandise.

·       Determines space requirements and position of shipment in boxcars and trucks and lays out position of shipment.

·       Inspects loading operations to insure compliance with shipping specifications, and seals loaded boxcars and truck doors.

·       Directs movement of shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage and work areas.

·       Compiles records of unfilled orders.

·       Supervises and coordinates activities of workers concerned with receiving, storing inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials.

·       Plans layout of stockroom, warehouse, and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored.

·       Advises employees on care and preservation of items received.

·       Monitors stocks in other locations and redirects stock from one location to the other.

·       Apply procedure of returned goods from customers, demos, consignment and inspecting its condition for acceptance or rejection in coordination with BMTS for equipment in specific.

·       Monitors expiry date of goods upon arrival , in stock and when shipping out.
