Business Development Specialist (Outsourcing & HR Solutions)

Role will be the bridge between growing companies and the operational excellence they need. Your role is to identify businesses struggling with overhead and HR complexities and provide them with our integrated solutions: seamless workspaces and expert HR management.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

• B2B Business Development: Target and engage with corporate entities and SMEs looking to expand their operations without the burden of managing physical infrastructure or payroll processing.
• Consultative Needs Assessment: Facilitate in-depth discovery sessions to pinpoint client operational challenges related to human resources, staffing, or physical workspace requirements.
   
• Solution Design: Architect outsourcing solutions that integrate workspace leasing with comprehensive HR management, including talent acquisition and employee relations.
• Market Expansion: Execute strategic networking initiatives to introduce and establish the Egyptian market within the GCC region.
• Sales Funnel Oversight: Utilize data analytics to oversee the end-to-end sales process, converting initial lead interest into finalized service agreements.
