Job Description

 Gather all the requirements from all disciplines to meet the deadline of the projects.
Administers construction contracts and conducts periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
Prepares operating and maintenance manuals, studies, and reports.
May use computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans.
Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
The above mentioned duties are to be performed taking into consideration the implementation of environmental as well as health and safety requirements (Procedures & Work Instructions), as applicable.
Working conditions:
1 Day off (Friday).
Fixed Shift.
