- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of design milestones within budgetary constraints.

:Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project work.
- Proven expertise in leading design projects from concept through completion.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with on-site coordination and construction administration is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
