Job Description:

Sales Accounts and Website Manager
Job Summary:
The Sales Accounts and Website Manager is responsible for managing and expanding the company’s presence on international online platforms such as Dotmed, Bimed, and eBay, as well as the company’s official website. The role includes product listing, updating prices and specifications, handling customer inquiries and offers, following up on orders, and generating reports to ensure seamless performance across all digital sales channels.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage and update the company’s accounts on online platforms (Dotmed, Bimed, eBay, Alibaba, etc.).
Regularly manage and update the company’s official website to ensure accurate information and attractive presentation.
Add new products to the website, categorize them properly, and optimize listings for search engines (SEO).
Respond to customer inquiries and offers through the platforms and website.
Prepare quotations and proforma invoices and follow up with clients until deals are completed.
Coordinate with shipping and technical support teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and documentation.
Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends to adjust pricing and offers accordingly.
Prepare periodic performance and sales reports covering online platforms and the website.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a professional image of the company across all digital channels.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or E-commerce.
2–5 years of experience in online sales or digital account management.
Good knowledge of website management (preferably WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms).
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Familiarity with international trade documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates of conformity).
Preferably with experience in medical or technical equipment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and data management skills.
