Job Description: **Wind Turbine Core Team Support Engineer**

The Wind Turbine Core Team Support Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning of wind turbines at various sites in Uzbekistan. Key responsibilities include: conducting quality assurance inspections on wind turbines before, during, and after commissioning; participating in the commissioning process to ensure operational readiness and compliance with project specifications; coordinating with local teams at global wind power plants to facilitate commissioning activities; providing on-site and remote technical support during installation, testing, and operation, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis (Level 2 support); inspecting maintenance work of local personnel and providing training on turbine operations and maintenance best practices; collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to meet project timelines and objectives; acting as a technical interface with field service teams and central technical departments to address technical issues; identifying opportunities for process improvements in commissioning practices; serving as a technology specialist for all technical matters related to wind turbine generators during operation of wind assets in the Central Asia region; preparing root cause analyses and warranty claims in collaboration with central technical departments; identifying technical/design improvements and discussing them with original equipment manufacturers; liaising with the Monitoring and Prediction Center on performance and reliability corrective actions; reviewing and providing technical support to the SCADA team on SCADA data analysis and predictive maintenance schedules; and serving as a technical interface in the replacement and repair of major components, whether subcontracted or performed in-house.
