Job Description
- Contribute to total customer satisfaction through ensuring proper distribution and execution of all repair orders and sublet repairs
- Ensure all customers vehicles are completed for delivery at the time promised
- Maintain minimum number of vehicle carryovers
- Maintain zero comebacks by conducting final quality inspections and instructing technicians on self-check procedures
- Contribute to efficient service operations by reducing the causes of and the time taken for job stoppages
- Ensure accurate recording of hours available and hours worked
- Ensure continued dealership profitability through correct loading of the service shop, based on facility and manpower capacities
Skills
Bachelor’s Degree with Engineering background
5 years in Automotive with supervisory experience
Experience in all aspects of vehicle diagnosis and diagnostic equipment
Communicate and determine customers’ needs and to sell the dealership’s parts and service capabilities
Good communication skills
Analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
