Our U.S.-based real estate firm is seeking experienced and highly proficient Appointment Setters located in Egypt for a remote position. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English communication skills and a proven track record in outbound sales or appointment setting. Responsibilities include proactively contacting homeowners in the U.S., qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments to facilitate real estate transactions. Candidates must be fluent and confident in English, capable of managing a high volume of calls (100+ daily) with both energy and empathy, and driven to achieve targets and earn performance-based bonuses. This role emphasizes proactive calling and strategic appointment setting, and is not a customer service or inbound call center position. Compensation includes a base rate of $7 USD per hour, with potential average earnings of $10–$13+ per hour based on appointment quality and performance.
