Maintain kitchen and refrigeration equipment functionality through scheduled inspections, cleaning, and upkeep of appliances, including freezers, industrial steam ranges, refrigerators, ice makers, washing machines, ovens, dryers, dishwashers, and water coolers. Utilize the work order management system to locate, accept, and execute assigned work orders. Oversee the installation of new equipment, repair leaks, verify appropriate wiring and controls, and replace obsolete or faulty equipment. Collaborate with fellow maintenance personnel, management representatives, and staff members to achieve optimal resolutions to maintenance issues. Offer immediate response to urgent equipment repair requests, inclusive of after-hours calls. Fulfill additional responsibilities as delegated by supervisory staff.
