The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in dry-land and/or irrigated cereal production and be capable of managing large teams, mechanised operations and precision agriculture tools in a challenging climate.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science or related field(A Master’s degree would be a plus). Minimum 8-10 years of experience managing commercial cereal farms of 1,000 hectares or more, with at least 3 years in wheat production. Strong understanding of large-scale mechanised farming systems in arid/semi-arid regions. Proven experience in managing multicultural teams in remote/rural environments.
