**Job Title: Webflow Developer**
**Position Summary:** The organization seeks a proficient Webflow Developer to design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance websites utilizing the Webflow platform. The successful candidate will possess a demonstrable blend of creative aptitude and technical expertise, characterized by a comprehensive understanding of Webflow’s functionalities and prevailing web development standards. This individual will collaborate closely with design, content, and marketing departments to deliver aesthetically pleasing, functionally robust, and conversion-optimized websites.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Design and construct pixel-accurate websites within Webflow, adhering to wireframes, mockups, or design assets (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
* Implement responsive design principles, animations, and interactive elements.
* Collaborate with UI/UX designers and content development teams to translate conceptual designs into tangible digital assets.
* Optimize website performance, search engine optimization (SEO), and accessibility.
* Integrate third-party applications, including content management systems (CMS), forms, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools.
* Provide ongoing maintenance and updates to existing Webflow websites.
* Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues; conduct cross-browser/device testing; and implement necessary corrective actions.
* Maintain current knowledge of Webflow updates, emerging web technologies, and industry best practices.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Demonstrated experience in building and managing websites within the Webflow environment (portfolio submission required).
* A strong understanding of Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and Webflow interactions/animations.
* Proficiency in implementing custom code and integrations within Webflow.
* Ability to translate design mockups into fully functional Webflow pages.
* Familiarity with CMS architecture, SEO methodologies, and responsive design frameworks.
* Meticulous attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
