Job Description:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of garments and materials.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize workflow and maintain safety standards.
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and quality targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with procurement to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Collaborate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate shipment tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction, implementing best practices in warehouse management.
- Resolve operational issues, including discrepancies in inventory, damaged goods, and equipment malfunctions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and key operational metrics to senior management.
