Job Description:**Formal:**

The incumbent will be responsible for the strategic management of multiple warehouses, aligning operations with company policies and strategic objectives. This includes overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving to distribution, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. The incumbent will design and maintain optimal warehouse layouts, develop and enforce operational policies and procedures, and ensure full regulatory compliance. Maintaining high standards of workplace safety and hygiene is paramount. Inventory management, reconciliation with the ERP system, and the preparation of performance reports are essential duties. Furthermore, the incumbent will manage the warehouse budget, liaise with stakeholders to ensure material flow, supervise warehouse staff, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, preferably in industrial or metal manufacturing environments.

In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, procedures, and industry best practices.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple warehouse locations and large warehouse teams effectively.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems and warehouse management software (preferably Odoo or similar platforms).

Solid understanding of inventory control principles, warehouse layout optimization, and materials handling.

Strong knowledge of warehouse KPIs and the ability to track and analyze performance metrics to drive operational improvements.

Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives that enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.

Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate staff.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate across departments and with external stakeholders.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to health, safety, and compliance standards.

Preferably residing in or near Abu Zaabal,  due to work location requirements
