**Job Description:**

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and secure storage, retrieval, and distribution of food products while adhering to stringent safety and quality protocols.

**Responsibilities:**

* Manage and direct all facets of warehouse operations, encompassing receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
* Optimize warehouse layout and operational procedures to maximize efficiency and minimize operational costs.
* Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize inventory discrepancies.
* Oversee the maintenance and operational readiness of all warehouse equipment.
* Ensure strict adherence to all applicable safety regulations and food safety standards.
* Manage, motivate, and develop warehouse personnel, providing comprehensive training and performance evaluations.
* Utilize the SAP system for inventory management, order processing, and reporting functions.
* Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and overall productivity.
* Coordinate closely with other departments, including procurement and logistics, to ensure seamless operational integration.
