Job Description:الخيار الرسمي:
* مسؤول عن إدارة ومعالجة طلبات الحصول على تأشيرات السفر لمختلف الوجهات.
* تقديم إرشادات دقيقة ودعم بالوثائق اللازمة للعملاء.
* تنسيق ترتيبات السفر للأغراض التجارية والشخصية، بما في ذلك خطط الرحلات التفصيلية.
* الحفاظ على معرفة مُحدَّثة بمتطلبات التأشيرات، وإجراءات السفارات، ولوائح السفر.
* التواصل مع العملاء بأسلوب مهني عبر الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني أو شخصيًا.
Skills:
Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience as a visa consultant or handling visa requests is required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in travel management a plus
- Knowledge of business travel processes
- Ability to handle travel arrangements
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the tourism or travel industry is a plus
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
