**Position Summary:**

We are seeking a highly imaginative and self-directed Videographer & Content Creator to produce compelling, high-caliber content for our professional and social media channels, with a focus on LinkedIn and Instagram. This is a demanding, hands-on position suited for an individual who excels in dynamic settings, possesses a passion for visual storytelling, and demonstrates proficiency in both strategic planning and practical execution.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conceptualize, film, and edit concise video content optimized for LinkedIn and Instagram.
* Capture behind-the-scenes material, interviews, event highlights, and daily workplace activities to enrich our brand narrative.
* Collaborate closely with senior management to ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and objectives.
* Develop and maintain a consistent content publication schedule across all platforms.
* Monitor emerging social media trends and recommend appropriate content adaptations.
* Ensure strict adherence to platform best practices and brand guidelines in all content produced.
* Deliver projects within stringent deadlines, often independently and in various locations.

**Ideal Candidate Profile:**

* Demonstrable experience in videography and content creation (portfolio submission required).
* Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
* Comprehensive understanding of content trends and algorithms on LinkedIn and Instagram.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proven ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without direct supervision.
