Our rapidly expanding, fashion-centric YouTube channel seeks to inspire and empower viewers through elevated style. We are committed to producing content of superior quality and are therefore extending our presence to podcasts and short-form media platforms. To this end, we are seeking a skilled Video Editor with a comprehensive understanding of YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and podcast editing. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the creation of engaging, trend-conscious, and visually compelling edits across all designated platforms.

**Responsibilities will encompass:**

* **YouTube Video Editing:** Editing YouTube videos from inception to completion, ensuring a high-quality product that adheres to our brand’s aesthetic and stylistic guidelines. The incorporation of dynamic transitions, effects, and graphics to enhance narrative structure and audience engagement is required, as is the optimization of videos for audience retention through platform-specific editing techniques such as pacing and thumbnail framing.
* **Podcast Editing:** Editing complete podcast episodes for both video and audio formats, ensuring a refined and professional final product. This includes the addition of sound design elements, transitions, and captions for promotional highlights and teasers. Furthermore, the creation of short-form clips from podcast episodes for distribution on social media platforms is expected.
* **Short-Form Content Creation:** Editing Instagram Reels and TikTok videos that are highly engaging and optimized for current platform trends. Re-purposing existing YouTube and podcast content into concise, shareable clips is also required. Candidates must remain current on emerging audio, visual, and stylistic trends to maintain the freshness and relevance of content.
* **Collaboration:** Close collaboration with the content creator to execute creative concepts and adhere to project deadlines is essential. Maintaining a consistent visual identity across all content formats is paramount. Efficient management and organization of raw footage, assets, and project files are also expected.
