Job Description:**Job Summary:**
The Head of Value and Reporting is responsible for the financial oversight of the Program Management Office (PMO), encompassing both project capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets and the PMO operational budget. This individual is responsible for optimizing demand prioritization processes, ensuring the rigor of business case development, and overseeing the identification, tracking, and realization of value and return on investment (ROI) across project portfolios, escalating exceptions as necessary. With respect to the PMO budget, the Head of Value and Reporting will facilitate the resolution of escalated spend deviations and consolidations. This role requires close collaboration with the Central PMO Head to report value realization and financial performance to senior management committees.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
* **Mandatory:** University Degree in Finance or equivalent.
* **Preferred:** MBA or equivalent degree.
* Minimum of fifteen (15) years of total finance experience.
* Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the financial management of large programs and projects (experience within Technology or Banking sectors is advantageous).
* Demonstrated experience in managing teams of seven (7) to ten (10) individuals.
**Skills and Expertise:**
* Expertise in financial management and budgeting.
* Experience as part of a value realization office is desirable.
* Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including experience interacting with senior management.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
* Strong experience with data handling and analysis tools, such as Power BI.
* Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and delivering results within demanding deadlines.
* Demonstrated willingness to learn, collaborate, and exert extra effort, coupled with a high level of integrity and the ability to manage highly confidential information appropriately.
* Experience in supervising, coaching, and developing junior team members.
