Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Urologist with Western training to join our multidisciplinary medical team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have advanced training and expertise in urology, with a strong foundation in Western medical practices. This is an exciting opportunity to provide world-class urological care within a state-of-the-art medical facility in a rapidly growing healthcare sector.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and treat a variety of urological conditions, reproductive system disorders, kidney stones, prostate issues, and cancers of the urinary tract.Perform surgeries, including minimally invasive procedures such as laparoscopic surgeries, robotic-assisted surgeries, and other advanced urological techniques.Collaborate with other specialists in the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.Stay updated with the latest developments in urological care, techniques, and technology.Provide patient education on prevention, treatment options, and lifestyle changes.Ensure compliance with medical regulations, protocols, and standards of care.Manage patient follow-ups and postoperative care.Qualifications And ExperienceMedical Degree: MBBS or equivalent.Specialist Training: Western-trained, with board certification in urology from a recognized institution.At least 5 years of post-training experience in a reputable hospital or clinic.Experience with advanced urological surgeries, including robotic-assisted procedures, is preferred.Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and medical teamsSkills & CompetenciesProficient in diagnosing and treating a wide range of urological disorders.Strong technical skills in performing surgeries and using advanced urological tools and equipment.Ability to manage complex cases and make informed clinical decisions.Compassionate and patient-focused care approach.Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.If you are a highly skilled and dedicated urologist looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you!
