Roles & Responsibilities
- Responding to phone calls, emails
- Organizing physical files, digital files
- Record keeping
- Organizing fabrics samples, catalogues
- Keeping records of customer samples, catalogues
- Quotations: preparation of customer quotations,
- Liaising with various suppliers, follow up for quotations, deliveries
- Accounts: Maintaining records of petty cash expenses, supplier VAT invoices, preparation of customer invoices
- Maintaining customer, supplier lists
- Maintaining CRM tools up to date
Skills
- Proficiency in MS office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint as a minimum
- Proficiency in photoshop, 3D max will be an advantage
- Quick learner
- Attention to detail, problem solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and multi tasking abilities
- Experience in interior, soft furnishing industry will be an added advantage
