Treasury Analyst

Job DescriptionJob Overview:The Treasury Analyst applies their conceptual knowledge of treasury and, with a moderate level of guidance and direction from colleagues and leadership, is responsible for solving a range of straightforward treasury problems. They will be responsible for analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures and building knowledge of the company, processes, and customers. The Treasury Analyst understands key business drivers and applies this knowledge to solve problems in straightforward situations by analyzing possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents.ResponsibilitiesKey Tasks and Responsibilities:Coordinate between commercial/bids team and corporate treasury for the followingReview and approval of bank guarantee text format for bid submission.Arrange for any bank support letters from corporate treasury or bank as per the requirementCoordinate with Bid and Project TeamLiaise with corporate treasury/bank for the Bank Guarantee issuance.Reach out to prospect relationship banks for identifying opportunities for new credit lines Ensure regular updates and information is being shared with existing Banks for annual renewal of facilityMaintain healthy banking relations with existing and resolving any issues with respect to receipt, payment, Bank Guarantees Prepare list of outstanding Bank Guarantee details with project, entity and the facility used on a monthly basis.Prepare Bank Guarantee forecast quarterly in consultation with the project teams and ensure timely internal reviews and submission to stakeholders.Review and sign off the petty cash reimbursement claims from petty cashier(s) in line with company policies and proceduresReview and sign of the treasury receipt journal monthly as per the SOX control requirementEnsure SOX compliances relating to treasury activities are handled as per company policy.Ensure effective cash flow management by funding the account periodicallyAny ad hoc requirement for the Treasury Function to be adheredHands on experience in Treasury products and systemLiaise with:Corporate treasury, project accounting teams, commercials team, banks and tax group.QualificationsEssential Qualifications and Education:Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification from internationally recognized instituteAround 3-6 years of relevant post qualification experienceGood understanding of banking functionsGood communication skillsDetailed experience in own disciplineAbility to multi-task and manage tight reporting scheduleMay undertake projects and shares expertiseAbility to work independently with minimum amount of supervisionAbility to work with stakeholders of all levels as neededAbout UsOur ingenuity fuels daily life.
