Job Description:**Option 1 (Emphasis on Leadership and Oversight):**

Nirvana Travel & Tourism seeks a dedicated and meticulous Travel Team Leader to direct and mentor our travel consultants. The incumbent will assume responsibility for the oversight of daily operations, guaranteeing exceptional service standards, and facilitating the provision of seamless travel experiences for our clientele. The role encompasses the management of intricate travel itineraries, provision of escalation support, and contribution to the maintenance of superior team performance and client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities:**

* Direct and support the travel consultant team in the execution of daily operations, ensuring consistent adherence to established service quality benchmarks.
* Supervise flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa processing, and leisure travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and relevant travel regulations.
* Guide the team in the provision of alternative travel solutions, competitive pricing, and accurate quotations to clients.
* Coordinate with pertinent departments to effectively manage complex and group travel requests.
* Assist team members in the issuance of travel insurance, processing of refunds, and resolution of escalated customer service issues.
* Monitor and ensure the timely dissemination of information to clients regarding flight alterations, delays, or cancellations.
* Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with airline partners, vendors, and key client accounts.
* Review and consolidate daily sales and operations reports submitted by the team.
* Ensure team members adhere to established protocols for the prompt follow-up of approvals, payments, and document collection.
* Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to enhance team proficiency and improve service delivery outcomes.
