Job Description:**Option:**
Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships by delivering superior service and demonstrating a thorough understanding of their travel requirements. Proactively market tailored travel packages, encompassing accommodations, tours, and experiential activities, aligned with individual client preferences. Consistently meet and surpass established sales objectives. Offer expert travel counsel and support, including assistance with visa applications and travel insurance procurement. Remain abreast of current tourism trends to furnish clients with pertinent and compelling travel solutions. Address client inquiries and resolve issues with utmost professionalism and patience.
Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales and operations.
- A bachelor’s degree
- Previous Experience in the Tourism industry is a must.
- Previous experience in direct and remote customer management.
- Fluency in English writing and speaking.
- Proficiency in International airline and hotel booking systems, e.g. Amadeus, NDC. and others
- Strong research and fact-checking skills to ensure accuracy and originality.
