Work Conditions
- Work From Home in a private room with wired internet connection. We can provide a stipend to upgrade internet speed.
- Salary: 2000 Dinars per month (before tax)
- Work time: From 14:00 to 23:00 or 15:00 to 24:00 depending on the position
- Paid time off (two weeks of vacation time)
- Holiday schedule follows American calendar (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Independence Day, Labor Day)

QUALIFICATIONS
- Completely fluent in English (American Accent) – Required
- C3 level English or TOFEL score of more than 90 – Preferred but not required if fluent
- Computer typing proficiency of 50+ WPM along with good computer skills (Google calendar, Microsoft Excel, word)
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience with a high call volume – Preferred but not required if you have a cheerful attitude
