Job Description :
Review shipment invoices from transportation supplier.Make sure that shipment cost is matching with current contract pricing.Create Shipment cost on the system to get processed by the finance team.Supervising the return order cycle in coordination with Finance department for credit note issuing as well as the Customer Service Team.Handling transportation missing product with the Customer service and the finance team.Responsible for archiving all the related domestic shipment documents.Make sure that the achieving not missing any documents.Review all the shipping documents, delivery note or good receipt and make sure that the customer receives all the products well according to his notes.Respond to any issues during the delivery by coordination with transportation supplier and Sales Team.Follow the health and safety instructions and ensure safe work environment.
