Job Description:
Lead and supervise daily transportation operations across multiple regions.
Manage a team of drivers and dispatchers to ensure performance targets are met.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor transportation logistics and route efficiency.
Ensure compliance with local traffic and safety regulations.
Develop and manage transportation budgets and cost-saving strategies.
Maintain fleet availability and oversee preventive maintenance schedules.
Analyze transport data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams to align delivery operations.
Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet management with a manufacturing background.
Ability to recruit and hire new service providers as needed

Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
