Job Description:
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with department heads to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of trainers, ensuring effective delivery of training content and continuous professional growth.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging, up-to-date training materials and resources.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
- Manage training schedules, logistics, and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to timelines.
- Maintain accurate training records and prepare regular reports for management on training outcomes and ROI.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies in training delivery.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
