Closing date: 05/11/2025Number of positions: 1Recruiter name: Elgera GuadalquiverReference number: 64754Mediclinic Al Madar | Al Ain | United Arab EmiratesMAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to adult and paediatric patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team according to company standards and in line with regulatory requirementsKEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASTo provide comprehensive, professional Occupational Therapy services to patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team that includes injury management and rehabilitation and functional rehabilitation programmesTo conduct activities of daily living (ADL), workplace, ergonomic, risk and functional assessmentsTo provide education to patients, care givers and family members, including colleagues, on occupational health and safetyTo ensure accurate and timely documentation related to patient treatmentProvide general administrative services related to reports and other function necessary to ensure effective operations in the departmentRequired EducationA Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institutionA MSc degree in Occupation Therapy will be an advantageRequired ExperienceAt least 2 years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist post qualificationRequired Job Skills And KnowledgeFacilitation of learning and development interventionsHand therapy practices and related management of occupational injuriesManual handling and general ergonomic principlesTime management skillsVerbal and written communication skills in EnglishAll applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given to the designated groups in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Emiratization Program.
